My yarn basket — cream, orange, green with coffee and cinnamon
For this cozy I used worsted chunky yarn — soft cream 50 grams for the main sleeve, pumpkin orange 15 grams for the little pumpkin, sage green 10 grams for the three little leaves, and tiny bit of brown scrap for the curly vine. I use a 5.0mm hook for the sleeve so it's chunky and cozy and keeps hands warm — and a 3.5mm hook for the little pumpkin so it's tiny and neat — about 1.8" wide. I also had real cinnamon sticks 2.5" long and jute twine 12" for the little bow, just like in your photo with two cinnamon sticks tied with twine next to the pumpkin.

How this coffee cozy is made — cream tube + pumpkin + cinnamon
This cozy is a simple tube — you crochet a rectangle in the round or flat then seamed — I do in the round so no seam — 32 stitches around, 12 rows tall — about 3.5" tall and about 4" wide flat which stretches to about 8" around when you put it on a to-go cup — same sleeve measured flat vs stretched on cup — that stretch is just the yarn hugging the cup — fits standard 12-16oz to-go cup with black lid like in your photo. Then you make one little orange pumpkin 1.8" wide with green leaves and sew it on front center, and add two cinnamon sticks 2.5" long tied with twine bow next to it — just like in your photo with pumpkin on left and cinnamon sticks with bow on right.
Cream coffee sleeve — 3.5" tall — fits to-go cup
Ch 32 — chain 32 — join with sl st to first chain — forms ring — about 4" wide flat — about 8" around stretched on cup — foundation ring — 32 sts
Round 1: ch 2 counts as first hdc, hdc in each chain — 32 hdc total — 32 sts — join with sl st to top of ch2
Round 2-12: ch 2, hdc 32 around — 11 more rounds — each round about 0.3" tall — 12 rounds total about 3.5" tall — 32 hdc each round — no inc no dec — straight tube
Check after Round 6 — halfway — about 1.8" tall — 32 hdc — 4" wide flat, 8" stretched on cup — fits to-go cup snugly — if too tight add 2 sts to 34 — if too loose dec 2 to 30
After Round 12 — 3.5" tall — 32 hdc — 4" wide flat, 8" around stretched on cup — fits standard to-go cup with black lid — sleeve finished — fasten off weave tail inside — cream tube
Each round is 32 half double crochets — about 4" wide flat when it lays flat on table, about 8" around when stretched on a to-go cup — same sleeve two ways — flat vs on cup — chunky yarn stretches gently to hug cup — and 12 rounds tall — about 3.5" tall — each round about 0.3" tall with chunky yarn and 5.0mm hook. After 12 rounds you have a tube about 3.5" tall — you weave tail inside — cream tube that fits standard 12-16oz to-go cup with black lid like in your photo — cozy and keeps hands from hot cup.

Pumpkin is tiny ball — start 6→24 — widest 1.8" wide — 3 rounds straight at 24 sts — body about 0.9" tall — then decrease 24→18→12→6 and close — stuff lightly — leave long 18" tail — wrap around outside 5 times pulling gently for 5 little sections like a real pumpkin — tie — 1.8" wide ×1" tall — with three green leaves 0.8" long each sewn on top near stem and curly brown stem 0.6" — just like in your photo with orange pumpkin and three green leaves on top.

Cinnamon sticks with twine bow
2 cinnamon sticks — each about 2.5" long — real cinnamon — from kitchen — not crocheted — just real sticks
Jute twine — 12" long — tie cinnamon sticks together with twine bow — wrap twine around both sticks 2 times — tie little bow — bow about 0.8" wide — like in your photo — two cinnamon sticks with twine bow — cozy fall detail

Cinnamon sticks are real from kitchen — not crocheted — two sticks each about 2.5" long — you tie them together with jute twine 12" long — wrap around both sticks 2 times and tie little bow about 0.8" wide — like in your photo where two cinnamon sticks with twine bow sit next to orange pumpkin on cream sleeve — adds scent and cozy fall look.
Assembly — pumpkin + cinnamon on sleeve
1. Cream sleeve — 3.5" tall — 32 hdc ×12 rounds — 4" wide flat, 8" around stretched on cup — fits to-go cup
2. Pumpkin with leaves — 1.8" wide — orange with 3 green leaves and curly stem — 1 pumpkin
3. Place pumpkin on front center of sleeve — slightly left of center — like in your photo — pumpkin on left side of front
4. Sew pumpkin with orange long tail — 3-4 stitches through pumpkin bottom and through sleeve — secure — weave tail inside sleeve
5. Place 2 cinnamon sticks with twine bow on right side of pumpkin — next to pumpkin — like in your photo — cinnamon sticks on right — twine bow front
6. Attach the twine-tied cinnamon sticks to the sleeve next to the pumpkin — stitch through the twine 2 times to secure, or use a small hot glue dot on the sleeve — don't glue to hot cup — just to sleeve — so sticks stay next to pumpkin — keeps scent and look without touching the hot cup
7. Weave all tails inside sleeve — cream inside cream, orange inside orange, green inside green
I place the little pumpkin slightly left of front center — like in your photo — pumpkin on left side of front — and cinnamon sticks with twine bow on right side next to pumpkin — two cinnamon sticks with bow — just like in your photo where orange pumpkin with green leaves is on left and cinnamon sticks with twine bow are on right — cozy autumn coffee cozy.
